For the first time in North America,Canada Post, will be unveiling an innovative Braille stamp in celebration of Canadian guide dogs.
The Stamp will be issued along with a commemorative envelope marking the 100Th anniversary of the Montreal association for the blind; also printed in Braille.
this special event will take place on April 21st at the Montreal Association for the blind (MAB) In Notre Dame De Grace.
The 52 cent stamp that has the rate printed in Braille will be available across the country.
The MAB is a private non profit rehabilitation center serving people of all ages who are blind or visually impaired.
